Speech recognition software with Bulgarian - for Bulgaria

Dear colleagues,

I am looking for a speech recognition software which can work with Bulgarian language. I have one song which I need to translate. I was offered Express Scribe and F4 but they need SAPI4 or SAPI5 engines, but could not fine any. Are any of you familiar with such Bulgarian engines, or can you perhaps suggest any software.

This is kinda urgent.
