Facturación a empresa italiana desde España

¡Hola!

¿Alguien factura a empresas italianas desde España? Mi pregunta es:
En la factura con 0%IVA (empresa y yo, ambos inscritos en IVA intracomunitario),
¿debo indicar la Ley "Exempt from VAT pursuant to article 7 subparagraph 4 of D.P.R. 633/1972"? o no es necesario?

El articulo de ley italiano del D.P.R. 633/1972 no tiene nada que ver con tus facturas, yo no pongo nada, simplemente facturo sin iva.
