I am a freelance translator and a researcher at the University of Ottawa in Canada. At the moment, I am preparing a paper on online communities and knowledge building in Internet-based translator networks such as Proz.com.

They will also be available online at www.jmcdonough.ca by the end of November. All responses will be kept strictly anonymous.

Thank you to everyone who has replied so far.

I will be collecting questionnaires until October 1st, so if any other translators are interested in responding, please send an email to [email protected] so that I can send you the .rtf file.
