If you visit the scope definition page http://www.proz.com/scope you will find there:


Possible Non-Translation Exceptions

# poetry contests
# recipes
# discussion of literary works
# humor
# greetings and commemorations, including customary birthday or holiday wishes
# natural disasters (see FAQ)


The line
"greetings and commemorations, including customary birthday or holiday wishes"
is new, and it replaces the lines
"# birthday greetings
# memorials"

In practical terms this small change means that holiday wishes are now part of the exceptions to the site scope that may be acceptable.
