If you visit the scope definition page http://www.proz.com/scope you will find there:

Possible Non-Translation Exceptions

# travel tips
# poetry contests
# recipes
# discussion of literary works
# humor
# greetings and commemorations, including customary birthday or holiday wishes
# natural disasters (see FAQ)

The line
"greetings and commemorations, including customary birthday or holiday wishes"
is new, and it replaces the lines
"# birthday greetings
# memorials"

In practical terms this small change means that holiday wishes are now part of the exceptions to the site scope that may be acceptable.

Kind regards,
Q

Dear Enrique,

May I be the first to wish you a Joyeuse rentrée. This means happy return of the summer vacation, where I live.

Kind regards,

As we say in the U.K: Enjoy your holidays Q, but remember that Her Majesty reserves the right to recall you at her pleasure.
