A LWO file (Tstream Editor) is a kind of compressed file (a kind of "package"). Uncompress it and you will find amond others (if any) a LES file, which is an XML file. If you cannot open this file directly with an XML editor (or a CAT tool), change the extension from LES to XML and you can open the file with an editor like Notepad++ (or a CAT tool) for instance.

So, done. But if you are working with Tstream Editor, you are expected to return a LWO file, or? If your intention is to translate this XML file with an another CAT tool, why not, but I'm quite sure that Tstream Editor is not worst than other CAT tools.

So why complicate your life?
