Why is there a forum for Post-Editing and Machine Translation and one for Machine Translation?

I just noticed this. The first one is under "Art of Translation and Interpreting," where it doesn't belong, since post-editing and MT are not "arts" by any stretch of the imagination. The second one is, correctly, under "Technical Forums," where it does belong. I think the two should be merged.
