ProZ.com has had exclusive rights to redistribute my newsletter

There has been some confusion about a recent mailing of excerpts from my newsletter, sent via a website other than ProZ.com. I signed an agreement making ProZ.com the exclusive commercial redistributor of my newsletter. While the recent mailing was not intended to be a regular distribution of that newsletter, it may have appeared that way, and for that I apologize.
