"Failed to create setting page" error

After problems with my PC, I've recently had to reinstall SDL Trados 2019 and while it mostly works fine, I'm getting errors which prevent me from associating TMs, which is pretty disastrous! These range from an "Exception generated by call destination" message when I try to click on "Project settings" ("Impostazioni di progetto") when I have the Editor open, to "Failed to create setting page" when I manage to open "Project Settings" in the other windows and click on "Translation memory" to try ... This is an installation problem, so I believe you are entitled to SDL assistance.
Contact them ASAP by clicking on the SDL Community link in the Help tab,
