Trados won't open

Hello all,
I have Studio 2017. Tried to open it today and am getting message "application was unable to start correctly". I have a job to deliver for tomorrow. I have Trados on my laptop but need to deactivate it on PC first and I can't do that if it won't open. Any help much appreciated.

you can return the licence from your account on the SDL website?
