Problem with Studio 2019 SR1 update installation

I am trying to install Studio 2019 SR1 new update. Every attempt ends with "Can not find network location TT", and the Error 1603. Where can I find easy to use instructions to overcome this issue? The instructions I have found on SDL site have not helped.
