If I migrate my system from HDD to SSD using a tool such as AOMEI Backupper, will I have to re-activate Studio 2011 afterwards?

as long as you clone the HDD into the SDD, it shouldn't be a problem.
If it is, you can simply reintall the HDD, and you are back to departure.
