Hello Everybody,

Can someone know how to use Google Sheets in Trados? I mean that I don't have to write everything back in Google Sheets after translation work.

Thanks a lot.

Isabelle

So you have to export them to XLSX or DOCX, translate that file and then import it.

Does anybody have any experience with this process?

Risky business Feb 7, 2022

It is true that Google Sheets can be shared (through a private link), but it is rather unusual for a Google Sheet to be shared for translation purposes.

The first link seems very relevant to me. Indeed, the prospective client needs to export the file from his/her Google account and make the file available for the translator. Then, it can be imported in Studio. Seemingly, older versions of Studio might present some challenges with the task.
