SDL Language Cloud not working

I am using Trados Studio Freelance 2019 (latest version), which comes with a free subscription to the SDL language cloud. Generally this works fine, but today I suddenly saw a message telling me that I don't have a subscription for language cloud:

SDL_no_subscription



When I press the button to get to my account, I see that I do have an account, and my allowance is still valid:

LC_account_info

And that's where it ends. I cannot connect my subscription with Trados.



Any hints someone?

My hint: don't have anything to do with the Cloud. You have no control over it.

It has control over you.

Thanks for the tips. For the record – logging out and logging in again did the trick. It's not exactly intuitive to find, but here are the necessary steps:

Symptoms/Context
Trying to work with Language Cloud in SDL Trados Studio gives the following error message:

Sufficient permission to access the translation provider SDL Language Cloud could not be obtained

Root Cause
You do not have a SDL Language Cloud Subscription.
This error is related to the Language Cloud settings saved in SDL Trados Studio.
Resolution
A.You do not have a SDL Language Cloud Subscription
Solution: 1. Check your SDL Language Cloud Account : https://languagecloud.sdl.com/translation-toolkit/t/11962#subscription
2. Choose a Subscription/Package that contains SDL Trados Studio integration : Free, Terminology Personal



B. This error is related to the Language Cloud settings saved in SDL Trados Studio.
Solution:
1. Close SDL Trados Studio
2. Go to C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL
AppData is a hidden folder. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files#show-hidden-files=windows-7
2. Find "LanguageCloud.bin" or "LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin"
3. Rename the file to LanguageCloud_OLD.bin or LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin_OLD
4. Start SDL Trados Studio and check if you can add Language Cloud machine translation to your translation.
