How can I exclude acronyms and numbers from Tag recognition?

Is it still possible to force Trados NOT to recognize numbers and capitalized alphanumeric codes as Tags?

If I recall well there was such an option in earlier versions of Trados. I cannot find it anymore in Studio 2017 and this often slows me down immensely in using CTRL+, with heavily tagged files with many such codes and high fuzzy matches.
