Is there any possible solution for Arabic to appear properly in illustrator when copying and pasting from MS word.

Use Illustrator ME edition Nov 13, 2010

Or a plug-in to LTR Illustrator (International edition)... This plug-in is provided by Winsoft and there is a trial version...

As Osama said, you should have ME version to handle Arabic text properly. Please be sure to select options indicated by red arrows in the following screenshot:
