how will the panellists take differences between countries into account. What applies to rate in the US doesn't necessarily apply to rate in Armenia, for example...

So it would be a dilemma for Chinese freelancers when the rate is in USD.

There is nothing we can really do about the currency.

same case in Indonesia...but we can't do much, most of our clients prefer to pay in USD rather than in Indonesian currency
