Hi,

Could someone please tell me how I can obtain an invoice or a receipt for automatically renewed Proz.com membership subscription? I have sent two emails to the membership team without receiving a reply, and my accountant really needs an invoice/receipt for the subscription to be accepted for tax deductible expenses. I tried to find it on my account page but could not figure out where it could be downloaded from, if it is there somewhere.

Hi Sirkku,
Click on the gear icon, then click on My invoices (under My other activities) and select the Payable tab. Scroll down.
