On November 22, it is possible to get the same price from Amersfoort, to depart at 18:25 and arrive (via Utrecht) to Cologne at 21:12 or to Dortmund at 21:15.
I have found all that info on bahn.de. Sounds interesting at least for me, since there are low-cost flights from Kyiv to both Cologne and Dortmund. With this sort of train fares, I am a bit surprised to see no one from Germany registered for the conference.
