Can't access my website

I registered for a domain name throught Proz on January 23. I haven't been able to access my site (that is, the Cpanel feature) since. I posted a support ticket, but got no answer.
What are my login and password? Are they the same as the one I use to connect to Proz?
If so, well, it doesn't work!
If not, could you PLEASE send me those? They were not mentioned in any of the emails I received.

Yes, they are the ones you chose to log in to Proz Feb 16, 2008

However, it does not work if you use any capital letters. You have to only use small letters to log in to the hosting.

I did just that, using my login and password, with no caps. It doesn't work, as I mentioned before.
I would really appreciate someone from the Proz team to answer me on that.
