Login and password

Hi Christiane,
The login is your login for the site.
The password is one that you have chosen yourself. However, I could not make mine work at first because it was a name and I wrote it with a capital letter at the beginning. In answer to my support ticket I was told that it all had to be in small letters.
Are you sure you can't remember what password you chose?
Astrid
P.S. Have you also finally deleted the "deleted" e-mails? ... See more

Your login and password are surely the same as for ProZ.com in general, but you should use all small letters. For example, if your username is "MyUserName" and the password is"MyPaSsWord", you should enter "myusername" and "mypassword".
Also, sometimes the problems arise because of wrong links used. I suggest going to My ProZ.com > My hosting > [Control panel] and trying to log in from there.
