I would like to ask the easiest way to let my client to upload his/her file to my website in ProZ (www.rahmat.my.proz.com).

I have some websites,
http://www.FIVESTARTRANSLATOR.com
http://www.newRAHMAT.com
http://www.welingitech.com
etc
but still have problem to create cgi-bin or php. I hope you can give me some advice.

More than one way based on your requirements. Do you want client upload files to a specific folder all times? if so you can google "upload script" PHP, cgi ro ASP...etc based on the scripting language supported by the hosting server.
