Hosted email down again

Here we go again, I am unable to send or receive email via my hosted email account, neither using IMAP, nor POP3.
I started a new thread because the previous discussion (from yesterday) was deemed solved/closed, with the thread title modified.
The problem is clearly not solved in a long-lasting fashion.

Sorry about that, and the delay. The hosting server went down, but was restored. Are you still having the problem?

I've been having these same issues again for the last few days. The email server keeps returning random error messages such as "incorrect password", "unable to connect", "ERR - Temporary problem", etc. Can you please provide us with an update on this?
