I can't log in to my hosted email.
Site status page says everything is OK.
But it is not.

I'm also having issues while trying to connect to my hosted email accounts. They either return an "incorrect password" (they are both entered correctly) or "unable to connect" message. I will keep trying and I will open a ticket if all else fails.

My accounts are still down. I have also tried to connect to them via webmail using cPanel but I get an "unable to connect to storage server" message. I'm opening a ticket and will provide an update here when I get a reply.

It seems flaky, requires several tries to connect, then downloading email is strangely slow. Definitely not 100 % still.

My email client has finally been able to connect, but I agree that it's not 100% "there" yet. Connection still fails on several occasions, and email download is rather slow. I will also update my support ticket with this information.

@Jared, do you think ProZ can provide an explanation as to what happened?

Sorry for the delay. There was an issue with the IMAP service which was causing problems connecting to hosted email. Things should be performing normally now. If anyone is still having problems, please let me know. Thanks!

Hosting email not working Jan 30

My hosting email went off at around 19.00 on 29 Jan. It's still not working. I submitted a support request at 08.30 this morning, but have had no response other than the standard acknowledgement.

Hi Jared,

I've been having these same issues again for the last few days. The email server keeps returning random error messages such as "incorrect password", "unable to connect", "ERR - Temporary problem", etc. Can you please provide us with an update on this?
