When I try to download my emails I get the following error message:

Task '[email protected] - Receiving' reported error (0x800408FC) : 'The server name you entered cannot be found on the network (it might be down temporarily). Verify that you are online and that the server name is correct.'

I also can't access the control panel or my website.

Does this mean the hosting server is down?
