No information from 'Site status' when proz site is down

Today, at approx. 1800 Eastern Daylight Time, proz.com was unreachable, my mail server was down, and my hosted web site were down. This occurred for a period lasting at least 15 minutes, but looking now at "Site Status" there is no entry. Why?

Hello Kevin,

Unfortunately, we're unable to confirm that we experienced any technical issues with the site.

However, the administrators for one of the data centers informed us that they would be upgrading a redundant core router from 1000 GMT to 1030 GMT. We were also told there would be no impact upon our service. Perhaps this was not the case.

This would explain why we didn't witness an issue but those trying to resolve the our domain name might.
