En tant que traducteurs et interprètes indépendants et salariés, nous bénéficions de dispositifs de prise en charge pour la formation professionnelle continue, sous certaines conditions. Si vous souhaitez demander une prise en charge dans le cadre du FIF-PL ou du DIF, vous devez impérativement contacter les organisateurs AVANT de vous inscrire au congrès. Si vous procédez au paiement en ligne, vous n'aurez pas la possibilité de demander une prise en charge ultérieurement.
Veuillez noter que le nombre de participants à ce congrès est limité à 100 personnes.
Les frais d’inscription couvrent votre participation aux deux journées de formations, un pack participant incluant le programme et d’autres informations utiles, le déjeuner les deux jours, deux pauses café par jour et la soirée networking.
Paiement de la TVA. Lorsque vous procèderez au paiement via Proz.com, vous verrez un montant de TVA s’ajouter dans la première fenêtre. Toutefois, si vous avez un numéro de TVA intracommunautaire, la TVA disparaîtra dans la deuxième fenêtre. Lorsque vous cliquerez sur « Suite », seul le montant HT s’affichera.
Réduction étudiante. Les membres étudiants et les étudiants en traduction bénéficieront d’une réduction du prix d'inscription au congrès, sous réserve de justification. Merci de nous envoyer une copie numérisée de votre carte d’étudiant ou de tout autre justificatif avec votre identification et votre statut d'étudiant en traduction pour l’année universitaire 2009/2010. Une fois que nous aurons vérifié votre statut d'étudiant(e), nous vous enverrons un lien qui vous permettra de payer votre inscription au tarif réduit.
En cas de problèmes liés au paiement, merci de contacter l’équipe de Proz.com en expliquant votre problème (ex. : vous avez payé Proz.com par virement bancaire mais vous n’apparaissez pas comme étant inscrit ; vous avez besoin d’une facture pro forma pour effectuer votre paiement ; vous ne pouvez plus participer et vous sollicitez un remboursement ; etc.)
Conditions d’annulation. Les participants qui se désistent au plus tard sept jours avant les dates du congrès se verront rembourser les frais d’inscription à hauteur de 90 % (10 % de frais de dossier seront retenus). Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué au-delà de cette limite. Les remboursements seront effectués 30 jours après réception de la notification d’annulation écrite. Les annulations doivent être signalées par courriel au responsable des congrès ProZ.com ainsi qu’aux organisateurs locaux. Les membres peuvent aussi, à leur convenance, reporter sans frais leur paiement pour une prochaine manifestation, en le complétant si nécessaire.

If you or your company is established in France, you may be entitled to use a government-sponsored training stipend to cover the costs of attending professional development seminars (FIF-PL or DIF). If this is your case, you must contact the conference organizers BEFORE registering online and paying. If you pay online, you will not be able to request FIF-PL or DIF funding thereafter. For more information, please read the relevant post in the conference forum.
Please note that the maximum number of conference participants is 100.
The registration fee covers participation at a morning and afternoon training on one or both days of the conference, a delegate pack with the programme and other useful information, lunch on both days, four coffee breaks, and the networking dinner.
VAT payment. When you start the payment process through Proz.com, you will see that a VAT amount is added in the first window of the process. However, if you have a VAT number in the EU, the VAT will disappear in the second window. So simply click Next, and only the net amount will be shown.
Student discount. Student members and full-time translation students with proof of eligibility will be entitled to a discount on their selected conference package. Please e-mail a scanned copy of your student ID or other document that includes your ID data and proof of being a full-time translation student in the 2009/2010 academic year. Once your student status has been verified, we will send you a link to purchase the discounted item.
In case of any payment issues, please submit a support request to Proz.com staff, explaining your problem (e.g. you paid by wire transfer to Proz.com but your name still does not appear, or you need a pro forma invoice to effect payment, you cannot participate and you need a reimbursement, etc.)
Cancellation policy. Attendees who cancel their participation no later than 7 days before the planned conference date will receive a refund of their registration fees minus a 10% administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations beyond that point. Refunds will be processed 30 days after receiving written notification of cancellation. Cancellations must be requested by email to both ProZ.com conference planner and the local Organizer. Alternatively, members can transfer their payment to another scheduled conference free of charge paying just the price difference." ▲ Collapse
