Hi everyone, This is not really a big bug (if it is one), but I'd like to know if anyone else is experiencing this and what might be the reason. This is already the second question I close, give points and everything and I keep receiving that little message "Please select the most helpful answer". The first time I closed the question all over again, but as to the second one, well, I didn't do anything. Can't understand it... Today another thing happened: I ... The first time I closed the question all over again, but as to the second one, well, I didn't do anything. Can't understand it... Today another thing happened: I received 4 agrees to an answer of mine and thanked everyone. After receiving a 5th agree I went there and noticed my "thank you" answers to peers weren't there... Strange! Is it happening only to me? Regards, Cristina ▲ Collapse | | | Thank you for reporting this | Jan 15, 2008 |
Hi Cristina, This sounds like something to look into. Could you please open a support request with the specifics? You can open a support request here: http://www.proz.com/support , and please include the page urls of the two questions where you received the reminder to close the question after closing (if you can include the message you received too, all the better), as well as the url of the que... Don't know if this helps and if I should forward it... The good news is it hasn't happened again Thanks again and regards, Cristina ▲ Collapse | | | Let's have a look | Jan 15, 2008 |
Hi Cristina, thanks for detailing the information. First, I have no support requests open for you, are you sure you went all the way through with submission? You should have received an email confirmation that it was received by the system. You can see all the support tickets you've submitted by going to the "My ProZ.com" tab at the top of the page and clicking on "My support tickets". Could you re-post the link to the first question? It is actually a link to this thread. I will hav... See more Hi Cristina, thanks for detailing the information.
