Displayed message is incorrect when unlocking topic

When a moderator unlocks a topic, the same message is displayed as when the topic is locked.

(\"You are about to lock this topic\", or something similar)

This is not a fundamental bug, but if you have some free programming moments, you might want to take care of this.
