Equivalence EUR USD is becoming a bug (staff: 'Will investigate')

In community rates feature, and elsewhere 1 USD = 1 EUR - nowadays pure fantasy. Is there any risk that this will somehow create market distortions?

A silver coin ($) is NOT equal to a gold coin (€) Dec 17, 2006

Proz.com membership policy sounds like:

Europeans have to pay in gold, while for Americans a silver coin is enough... and yet standards of living are the same in the two continents.

... but as for the rates feature, what problem do you see, Luca?

We already differentiate currencies there...

What I see Dec 17, 2006

I just noticed that when I clic on see the community rates while bidding I see prices in EUR (USD) - with same amount referring to both.

My view is different. We have not touched this page in a while. We'll look at it.
