Browsing through the list of Slovakia-based translators from Slovak to English, I noticed that there are actually two separate lists – those living in the “Slovak Republic”, and those living in “Slovakia”. As this is one and the same country, I suggest you unify this term.

While dealing with geographical issues, I kindly ask you to also update the name of my country which is no longer called Yugoslavia. That name was officially retired in February 2003, after being in use for more than 73 years.

See, e.g. http://www.gov.yu or http://www.infoplease.com/ipa/A0108157.html

Hi Miomira,

I sent a copy of my complaint to Pro-Z support, and received a very courteous and satisfactory reply within 48 hours. (What a great site!) So if Serbia and Montenegro is still referred to as "Yugoslavia", I suggest you write to the support staff.

Gareth.
