I uploaded a video greeting to my proz home page, but when I display it, it gets cropped to a tiny window (160 x 136), making it effectively useless.
How do I get it to display properly?

Hello Philip,
On my profile video greeting I have a small button to expand and make it full screen. If you click on yours, does it expand? When left playing my video isn't cropped.
If that doesn't solve the issue for you, I suggest you upload your video greeting to YouTube and paste the url. That's what I did, YouTube embedding usually works very well.
Hope this helps,
My bests
