Menues in Directory/agencies are behind pull-down boxes

I have noticed that when in the new design you select Directory/agencies, once the page is loaded, if you try to open the pull-down menues these appear BEHIND the pull-down boxes that allow to filter the agencies...
BTW, it also happens in Bug forum --> The kudoz menu appears BEHIND the "Select Forum" pull-down box...

But in my case the agree/disagree is hidden behind the comment box. Are you using Netscape v4.x too? I can avoid this situation by turning off "enable CSS [cascading style sheets]" in Preferences.
