Not recognised as platinum member for registration for domain/hosting

Hello,



I am interested in registering for a Proz domain and hosting facility, however, when I try to proceed to \"sign up\", I don\'t seem to be recognized as platinum, and I am quite sure my membership is still valid.

Have you tried using the support request form? May 9, 2003

If you\'re using the new layout, it\'s under \"Tools\". Then choose the \"Support\" tab.

When I log in as you, I am able to sign up for a domain name with no problems. Can you describe in more detail the trouble you are encountering?

I will try again. What happened is that when I tried to proceed from the initial screen by pressing the button sign up, or the other one next to it, I can\'t remember what it was called, I got the message \'You have to sign up as a Platinum member to register\' or something along these lines and could not proceed any further AS a platinum member. As I said, I will try again and let you know if it\'s still not happening on my next attempt.

Tried again, still not working May 15, 2003

When I try and sign up for requesting a domain, I get this message and can\'t proceed any further than the sign up page to become platinum (which I already am until Jan 04):



You must be a Platinum member to sign up for free web hosting.



Can you help?

same problem exactly May 16, 2003

I am having the same problem exactly. When I click on sign up it tells me I need to be a Platinum member, which I am!!!!



I seem to be going around in circles.



Any help appreciated.

Fortunately, I was able to reproduce the problem with your account. I found the bug in the hosting sign-up page, and it should be fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
