Sorry for asking, but can I ask for your help?

Regex is also wizardry to me, but I think this is the one you're looking for: [ 0 - 9 a - f - ; ] { 7 0 } (spaces added to prevent emoticons) If you add it as a segmentation rule, it'll put those characters in separate segments, but you'll still be able to touch them. I also experimented with using the regex string in the "Tag Processing" settings dialog, and I was able to get OmegaT to regard those 70 characters as a custom tag, which means that if you do tag checking afterwards, and you accidentally broke one, it'll show up as an error. There is an option to hide text from the translation using regex, but I don't know how it works. | | |
