No, but you can write something like "###" next to them, and then later do a search for all segments that contain "###".
You can also tell the tag validation feature to automatically remove the ### in segments that you're satisfied with, or to warn you if any segments still contain ### at the end of your translation. In OmegaT, go to Options > Tag Validation, and type \#\#\# in the last field ("Regular expression for fragments that should be removed from translation"). Then, as you would always do in OmegaT, use the tag validation feature before you create the final files: Tools > Validate Tags.
