An agency client of mine e-mailed me yesterday requesting detailed information about one of my specialty areas I have listed on their database.

They requested one piece of information that I wasn't sure how to interpret, so I e-mailed them back asking for clarification before I sent my detailed reply.

The following reply came this morning:
