Assigning jobs to translators with memoQ

Hello,

I was wondering if there is anyone who can help about assigning jobs to translators in memoQ.
We are using memoQ 9 at the moment and we have 1 Project Manager and 1 Translator Pro license.

Sometimes we are dealing with big multilingual projects but we are having trouble understanding how assigning works.
As I said we have 1 PM license which includes 5 web licenses and 1 Translator Pro license.

I was wondering if there is anyone who can help about assigning jobs to translators in memoQ.
We are using memoQ 9 at the moment and we have 1 Project Manager and 1 Translator Pro license.

Sometimes we are dealing with big multilingual projects but we are having trouble understanding how assigning works.
As I said we have 1 PM license which includes 5 web licenses and 1 Translator Pro license.
However, some of our providers have their own licenses so we want to assign them jobs in a way that they use their own license so that we don't use up our license allowance as sometimes we have a project which requires more than 6 licenses and it's not enough.

Can anyone help who has experience assigning jobs to translators/translation companies who have their own memoQ licenses?

Just create a package and send it to the translator, who has her/his own memoQ licence running.
