Track change for Trados file - client said they can't see when open in Trados

Hello,

For editing/proofreading projects in Trados file, some clients ask me to apply "track change".
Even if I deliver the project with "track change" in memoQ, client said they can't see my track changes when they open the delivered file in Trados.
This issue happened both for Trados package files and Trados xliff files.
I am using memoQ 2014.

Track changes in MemoQ don't work with Trados. You'll need to export a separate tracked changes word file.
