The second picture is very good, I think.
When you crop it, remember the max size is 200x320 pixels.
I think that picture lends itself to cropping into a rectangle of that size very well.
Your face should probably be about 2/3 of the picture's total height. (Hard to explain it here, without drawing...)

Well, at least it's just your *picture* everyone is commenting on!
If I am to meet a client they kind of look at me and say something like
"Hey, are you even allowed to drive a CAR?"
Honestly, you're lucky there.
I have to say, however, that you DO look young - fresh and ready to tackle anything that comes along. So no real complaints there.

And another thing - I tend to work with people I take to and it doesn't matter how old or young they're looking. How would I know whether it's a new photo anyway?
A profile without blunt spelling and grammar mistakes is what I go for most.

I too disagree about pic number 2. I vote for number 1; cropped. You look handsome and mature. Yeah, smiling makes you look younger.
