Use lower case in online communications Oct 23, 2001

Dear Mick,

Just one bit of advice--and by no means is this meant to be sarcastic--you should not use all capital letters when communicating online. The practice is called \"shouting\", and is regarded by some as an indication that you do not have much online experience.

Sorry, I\'m a bit confused comparing the above advise with the original message. Also, I wish to point out that not all of our business takes place online, though a site like this is indispensable.

If I were a Croatian specialist, I would not hesitate to offer your services in Serbian as well, however rude this may sound to you.
