Why do you think you can translate a software manual ??

As an IT specialist I can tell you that even the most simple ones, do require at least some knowlegde and experience...

And why should you offer your services for rates of 0,03- 0,05
if you think you deliver quality service, you should offer quality rates

Of course everybody can get a job if they offer themselves at 1/3 of the going rate, and somehow you have failed even that.

Of course you can get into translations without any qualifications or diploma's, but you should not accept 3rd world rates - if you want to work for peanuts and earn some pocket money in your free time, please find some other occupation - I'm sure you can distribute folders, or collect shopping carts at them mall somewhere...

If you are serious about persuing a job in translation, serious rates (and income) is somehthing you should look at first...

You know, the expertise shown in your work will be the proof. If you can indeed substitute more than 25 years of experience in a particular field and two university degrees.
