Why do you think you can translate a software manual ??
As an IT specialist I can tell you that even the most simple ones, do require at least some knowlegde and experience...
And why should you offer your services for rates of 0,03- 0,05 if you think you deliver quality service, you should offer quality rates
Of course everybody can get a job if they offer themselves at 1/3 of the going rate, and somehow you have failed even that.
Of course you can get into translations without any qualifications or diploma's, but you should not accept 3rd world rates - if you want to work for peanuts and earn some pocket money in your free time, please find some other occupation - I'm sure you can distribute folders, or collect shopping carts at them mall somewhere...
If you are serious about persuing a job in translation, serious rates (and income) is somehthing you should look at first...
