Need spelling of Dutch names in conscientious objection case in Netherlands (I have only Cyrillic)

Hi!
I am translating a text about concientious objection from Russian into English and it mentions some Dutch names. The fact is that they are obviously spelled in Russian and therefore in Cyrillic characters.
Does anybody know much about the case Mr. De Yong, Baliette and Van Den Brink brought into court against Netherlands concerning concientious objection (people who refused to do military service due to their moral views)? I would be very thankful to know at least how their name... See more

seem to me the Dutch names. Baliette is no originally Dutch name, I think
