Interesting example of rates paid to an agency

I just came across this in some work I was doing, and found the following information. It shows what the State of Wisconsin Dept. of Workforce Development is contracted to pay their translation agency of first choice(Allegro translations) for English > Dutch translations.

Never have seen those rates in the USA or anywhere else. Have to inquire further so we all could have a feast.
