All, Thank you for so patiently answering my questions about the notorious Erich Nielsen, and I hope that some... See more Jeg er blevet kontaktet af Clare Barnes fra Åre Translation i Sverige. All, Thank you for so patiently answering my questions about the notorious Erich Nielsen, and I hope that some of you will be able to claim your money back from him as a result. The Swedish Tax Authority is now interested in him – the contact details of the person investigating his case are: Skatteverket Alexandra Alakourila 101 61 STOCKHOLM Sweden E-mail: alexandra(dot)alakourila(snabela)skatteverket(dot)se Fax: +46 (0)8-644 4220. Please write ”Attention: Alexandra Alakourila” on the fax. Tel: +46 (0)8-694 4154 She would appreciate you sending/faxing/e-mailing her copies of documents you have that relate to Erich Nielsen, e.g. invoices, work orders, bank account details, who paid you, any information you may have about the end customer (the person/company that paid Nielsen for your work). Please note that this is regardless of whether he paid you or not – the tax office are trying to work out his financial dealings. This also relates to any information you may have about him as regards Subtitlers/Languageland AB which were two Swedish companies he was involved with that went bankrupt in 2001. You may be interested to know that T-Company does not appear to have officially existed in Sweden. At the time Nielsen was on the board of a company called Real Good Enterprises Sweden AB (which went bankrupt in 2005) and used their VAT reg and the name T-Company when doing business. The legal firm taking care of Real Good Enterprises’ bankruptcy proceedings have never heard of T-Company, despite the fact that he appears to have been paying translators from Real Good Enterprises’ bank account. According to them, this means that he is personally liable for any debts he may have run up using the name T-Company. He is now operating under the name of Nandco and is not using his real name when contacting translators. You are welcome to forward this mail to anyone you know of who has been involved with any of his companies, it would be great to be able to put a stop to him. Bare en lille ting... | Jun 21, 2006 |
Venlig hilsen Jeanette
