Creating project TMs in DVX

Is it possible to create project TMs in DVX, that means partial export of those segments relevant for a project assigned to an external translator in txt or tmx format?
If so how?

Yep. DVX offers powerful filtering functions using SQL. Have a look at the on-line help in DVX, Sample Regular Expressions for Export from Translation Memory and Terminology Database under the Digging in — advanced topics section.
