Confirm translated segments in batch in deja vu X2? Thread poster: Jessicaliu

Dear All, I'm getting used to press Ctrl+DownArrow for every segment I translated in Deja Vu now. But, I still quite want to have a "batch confirm" button or shortcut to accept all translated segment together. I was wondering if such a button is available? I did search Help files but no luck. I think this will be very convenient for some users. Thanks, Jessica

This kind button doesn't exist but it can be easily done I.e.: - select all the segments you want to confirm (DVX can't guess it...), - right click, select Segment Status, then Finished. You can also define a shortcut for this command. I.e. : Tools, Customize, Keyboard, in the Category listbox, select Siatus, Finished, go to Press new shortcut key and press your preferred shortcut (I use Ctrl+Shift+F), Assign. Aaaa, just one additional info. This procedure changes only the segment status but doesn't send these segments to the TM. To do so, you can use the icon or hit Alt+F12... I always work in the separate text area (Tools, Options, Environment, Edit in separate text area), the procedure for the default layout may be slightly different but the principle will be the same. - Click somewhere in the translation grid. - Press Home (goes to the first row). - Press Ctrl+Shift+End (selects all the rows).
