As of yesterdy, I can no longer connect to the atril community suppport forum (not a proZ page) at http://forums.atril.com/ubbthreads7/ubbthreads.php

I get a message that Internet Explorer cannot find the page, it is no longer on the server.

Can anyone help me find it again, or has it been discontinued? That's strange, because the last time I saw it, only a fe

Possibly closed Nov 8, 2011

Hi Virginia,

The Forum is possibly closed, it was not so active recently. But DVX developers and thousands of users follow the discussions at the Yahoo group http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/dejavu-l/

Natural demise (there are better resources) Nov 8, 2011

The forum has been largely disused for ages and there have been several calls to close it down, so I expect that is what has happened. There are several other resources which are far more active and helpful.

The most active and helpful resource is the mailing list on Yahoogroups. You can read about it at http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/dejavu-l/ and learn how to subscribe. The list is in English. There are lists in other languages, but probably far less active (that is certainly true of the list in German).
There is also a "Knowledge Base" at www.atril.com - you can find it under Support > Support centre.
This forum at proz.com would be the third choice - several people with a good knowledge of DVX and DVX2 monitor it and answer questions from time to time, although we usually refer people to the Yahoo group for more in-depth information.

The forum was closed Nov 10, 2011

The old forum has been closed, since it was deemed not worthwhile.

We are instead concentrating on offering support resources through the Support Center on our website, as well as the e-mail support traditionally offered to our customers.

The Yahoo mailing list is also still active.
