Can anyone help me? I need to translate --- or find a ready-made translation --- of the following poem written by Han Yu to his nephew (?) 韩湘 upon Han Yu\'s exile to Chaozhou:

一封朝奏九重天，夕貶潮陽路八千；

欲為聖明除弊事，肯將衰朽惜殘年；

雲橫秦嶺家何在，雪擁藍關馬不前，

知汝遠來應有意，好收吾骨瘴江邊

My (rough!) translation of Han Yu's poem Oct 26, 2002

At dawn submitting an epistle to the heavenly court,

At dusk exiled to chaoyang eight thousand leagues down south.



Desiring only to rid his majesty of things evil,

And willing to sacrifice what remains of my waning years.



Clouds hang menacingly over Qinling ridge, and where lies my home?

Languan Pass packed in with snow, and my horse forward cannot go.



Coming from afar you must know why,
