福州话:jiu ai hun ngan (差不多是这样吧).粉干是粗米粉,糟菜是芥菜.

雪里蕻,又称雪里红、雪菜、春不老,学名 Brassica juncea (L.) Czern. et Coss. var. crispifolia Bailey,是芥菜的一种。

在中国北方,其茎叶用来制做成同名的咸菜。腌好的雪里蕻颜色保持深绿,可用来炒肉,炖豆腐等。先腌製后烘干的也被称为梅菜。
