网页无法全屏显示

近日更新了系统，用的是IE 7，却发现了一个问题：首次打开IE后，所有网页都是全屏显示，但是点击任何一个链接打开后，却不是全屏显示，需要点击“最大化”按钮才能全屏显示。每次操作，都是这样，感觉很麻烦。

网上搜索了一下，也试了一些办法，但都不管用。

据说ACDSee软件会引起这个问题，之前电脑人员给我装系统时，确实默认装了这款软件（ACDSee 5.0），但我后来删除了，但问题依旧。

不知有什么比较简单点的办法？谢谢！
